No Mans Land - Iron Advance
NO MANS LAND - IRON ASSAULT IS A STYLIZED LOW-POLY DEPICTION OF A WW1 ERA TRENCH WARFARE.
I aimed for hyper-realistic mechanics and audio whilst keeping the fun low-poly aesthetic. All sounds you hear have been synthesized in code (credits are all in the main menu)
At the beginning of the assault, the whistle blows and you go over the top. You have a bolt-action rifle, a fixed bayonet and a few stick grenades - all you have to cross a shell-torn field of mud, wire and craters.
Every shot counts. Cycle the bolt after each round, watch the brass eject, and steady your breathing in a crouch before you pull the trigger. Artillery thunders overhead, shells whistle in, and the blast leaves your ears ringing. Fall wounded and you can bleed out, bandage yourself, or hope a comrade drags you back. All in a stylized low-poly map.
Fight your way into the enemy trench, sabotage their field guns and plant yourself at the flag. Then hold it.
Each game can last up to 20 or 30 minutes. The game is designed to be easy to learn, hard to master. This is just a demo.
